Croatia
spreads out from the east range of Alps, on the north-west to Panonia Plane and banks Danube on the east, on the south is defined by the Adriatic.The entire coast line is 5835 Km and from this the coast line of islands and cliffs is 4058 Km. The number of islands, small islands, ridges and reefs is 1185. The biggest island are Cres and Krk. The number of inhabited islands is 50.
In Croatia are two different climates – the inland has a moderate continental climate and in the mountain area is a mountain climate.
In the Adriatic seaside prevails a Mediterranean climate with a lot of sunny days (dry and hot summer, moderate and humid Winter)
